How to add a new vehicle to an existing auto report

  1. Click on the Reports tab
  2. Expand Static Reports located on the left of the report canvas
  3. Click Saved/Auto Reports
  4. Choose the report you wish to add the vehicle to by clicking the checkbox in the list of auto reports

  1. Click EDIT
  2. Scroll down to view the section called Select Assets for report
  3. Either search for the vehicle in the search list or just select it in the left hand box by clicking on the vehicle, holding down the mouse button and dragging it in to the right hand box.  Release the mouse button to add.
  4. Click SAVE AUTO REPORT located at the bottom of the page
