How to update my direct debit information

  1. Click on Admin tab
  2. Click Payment Options
  3. Click Direct Debit
  4. Enter your account name (usually your legal business name), bank account, select the bank (ABS, BNZ ANZ etc), branch (Auckland CBD) and address (usually suburb  or town is good enough)
  5. Click Download, print out the form and sign it. 
  6. Scan the signed form and email it back to dd@fleetagent.co.nz

It takes up to 3 working days to update your direct debit information.  To change your payment method to credit card refer to How to change your payment method online
